FDGS limited was incorporated as a private limited liability company in July, 2006. FDGS is owned and managed by young, talented and vibrant Nigerians with main business focus on marketing and distribution of refined hydrocarbon products with a tailored plan of becoming a global corporation that will assist the E&P companies in design, formulation and implementation as an oil and gas advisors.
Where are we coming from?
We have to realize where FLINT DEREGERS is coming from, its humble beginning and how far the organization has come and at what pace it got to where it is now, a saying goes ‘to know where we are going we have to know were we are coming from’. So what makes FDGS tick why do people insist on doing business with us and how can we maintain the market which we have at hand and finally dominate the market.
Where are we now?
Before planning where we are heading as an organization, it is useful to look at team balance, whether the organization’s members are likely to be risk averse or risk accepting, and whether conflicting values are likely to arise. A situational analysis will allow us to look at the organization’s key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and to determine whether the necessary resources are available to achieve the organization’s visions.
