As a matter of urgency Flint Dredgers will make itself known to its public. This will be done, among other things, to create much needed awareness among the target consumer and create a favourable image in the eyes of its public. The following advertising and public relations activities are proposed and will be handled through a sister company PetroMedia which has been specifically incorporated to handle the Media and PR element of the business as well as offer this service to other oil companies in the market.

Public/Media Relations

The potency of printed word cannot be underestimated as they, in many ways, determine public opinion and preferences. A public relation effort will be undertaken. Direct Marketing
A database of key prospective buyers and purchase decision makers will be developed. Thereafter, a composed letter, introducing the company and its products these relevant decision makers and major distributors will be forwarded to them. There will be appropriate follow-ups thereafter to develop these relationships and attract more business by showing them the  record of the company and encouraging their feedback for their markets that will in turn translate to firm orders.

Trade Incentives
